2    NOTICE AMENDMENT TO LOCAL GOLF RULES DATED 10 FEB 2019 Posted On 
      

Amendment to Local Golf Rules dated 10 Feb 2019 on reconsideration, it has been decided to permit a Two Ball to play on Course on all week days through the day from Tee No. 10. However, the Two Ball is to mandatorily give a pass to the following Three Ball/ Four Ball, in case of slow play by Two Ball.


This amendment is with immediate effect.

1.         NAME OF WORK: AMC (Annual maintenance contract for window/Split/Duct air-conditioners) 


2.         LINE OF APPROACH & METHODOLOGY


SCOPE OF SERVICE 


The scope and nature of services to be provided by the vendor shall include scheduled preventive maintenance services which cover periodic and break down servicing, along with replacement of defective spare parts, including compressor and other consumables, if required, during the contract period. 


The rate quoted for services shall also include the charges for deputing technical manpower on all working days from 9.00 AM to 6 P.M (excluding service tax) and routine maintenance service which shall include at least the following services: Checking and servicing of the AC units two times in a year & de-scaling of units if required, which includes: 


a.         Replacement of Filter. 

b.         Assessment of operational controls of the units such as thermostat, relays, remote control etc. 

c.         Assessment of air flow through the supply air grill, return air grill, condenser/operation of the drive motors and fans 

d.         Checking air temperature at supply air grill, return air grill, Inlet air condenser, outlet air from condenser 

e.         Replacement of any component of units found defective after the above assessment. 


Cleaning the condenser and evaporator coils with suitable detergent /chemical solution and flushing with high pressure jet of water. 9. Greasing of blower motors and all moving parts.






ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA


Interested parties may submit their offer in sealed envelope for the Annual Maintenance Contract for maintenance of Window/Split Air Conditioners.  


1.         The vendor should be a profit making firm with the registered office within NCR. 


2.         The vendor should have GST registration and should produce any a proof of execution of annual maintenance contract of minimum of Rs 2.5 lacs within last 18 months.


3.         The balance sheet /P&L account for the past three years ending 31.3.2018 should be submitted along with the offer.  


4.         The vendor should have facility of Service of reputed brand like Voltas/LG/Blue Star/ Azure/Voltas/Hitachi/Daikin/ and should be an authorized service Dealer for services for any of the above make.  


Site inspection and budgetary offer


Interested parties may visit the site and submit the proposals with the budgetary offer within 4 days from the date of the advertisement. The offers should be in a sealed envelope and deposited in the box at the reception of NGC in anytime during 10 am to 6 am, not later than 27 Feb 2019.

5    NOIDA GOLF COURSE LOCAL RULES FOR GOLF WITH EFFECT FROM 10 FEB 2019 Posted On 
      

Let us make our home course an enjoyable experience every time we come to play here by adhering to some universally applicable and some local rules spelt out in succeeding paragraphs. 

DRESS CODE (Including for Practice Driving Range).  

MEN. Tailored trousers/ shorts with belt; T-shirts with collar (including polo neck); Golf / any sports shoes for course/ practice area; Caps, if worn, must be with peak in front. 

LADIES. T-shirts/ blouses; Tailored trousers and knee length skirts/ Capri's. Jeans, round neck, T- shirts, Boxer-type shorts and mini shorts are NOT part of Dress Code. 

ENGAGEMENT OF CADDIES 

In order to prevent Slow-play and damage to the Course, players are requested to engage a caddy for the round of golf. Players will not be permitted to pull their own trolley unless caddies are not available due to shortage. 

COURSE TIMINGS (Any exceptions will be promulgated).  

Tee off timing:                                                 Winter: 6 AM to 4.30 PM

                                          Summer: 5 AM to 5 PM

Course closure:                                               Winter: 6 PM

 Summer: 7.30 PM 


PACE OF PLAY 

It is the player's responsibility to keep up with the group in front. If the group in front is clear one hole ahead and the group behind is getting delayed, players should invite the group behind to play through, irrespective of the number of players in the group behind. 


As a thumb rule group should finish various Holes within a period of time specified below: 

(a) Par 5 — 18 minutes 

(b) Par 4- 15 minutes 

(c) Par 3- 13 minutes     About 2 hr 20 min for 9 Holes. 


PRIORITY ON THE COURSE. 

A two ball is permitted to play only on weekdays, from 10 am onwards (Summer months) and they can Tee Off from Tee No. 1 and No. 10, depending on availability of slots. The decision of the Starter will be final. However, a three ball or a four ball following the two ball has the priority to take a pass and go through. 

A single ball is not permitted to play on the Course. 

RESPONSIBILITY FOR REPAIRING BUNKERS/GREENS/DIVOT MARKS. 

It is the sole responsibility of the player to get the bunkers raked after play. Similarly, Divot marks on Tee box, fairways and roughs; and pitch marks on the Greens should be repaired before moving ahead. 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY OF COURSE MARSHALS.  

They are responsible for maintaining Course discipline in accordance with the Golf Rules and Local Rules and to prevent damage to course, etc. They are also to ensure that Groups take call on Call Holes and to maintain pace of play. Members are requested to cooperate with the Course Marshal. 

SUBMISSION OF SCORE CARDS 

Submission of Score Cards with signature of all players, without any overwriting, is mandatory after completion of 9 or 18 holes play. Players' Handicap is liable to be brought down by one, if there are less than 70% cards than the number of times a player has played at the course in a month. 


USE OF GOLF CARTS 

Golf Carts will be made available depending on ground conditions. Golf Carts are to be moved on Cart Paths only. However, they can be moved on First Cut also. If the Ball lies on the other side of the Fairway, the Carat can be moved at 90 degrees through the Fairway to the ball. After play, the cart is to move back on the Cart Path. 

Only two persons are permitted to board on the Golf Cart. 

In case of any damage to the Golf Cart, it is the sole responsisbility of the golfer who has been allotted the Cart, to make good the loss/damage/repairs. Decision of NGC will be final. 

CONDUCT OF CLUB EMPLOYEES. 

Players are requested to refrain from reprimanding any of the Club employees. All complaints regarding any Club employee should be made in writing to the Secretary / Golf Captain for necessary action. In this regard, Suggestions / Complaints Book has been provided at the Reception. 

OUT OF BOUNDS

The boundary of Course is defined by: 

(a) Perimeter wall of the Course 

(b) Areas defined by white line on-left hand side of 18th Green. 

(c) Areas defined by white lines behind 11th Green and 13th Green extending till 14th Teeing ground.

INTEGRAL TO COURSE  

(a) Fairway light poles and cement bases. 

(b) Advertisement poles and their bases. 

(c) Two huts on sixth hole behind 7th teeing ground. 


PENALTY AREAS 

(a) Water drain running through 8th , 11th , 12th   & 17th  Fairways marked with yellow stakes.

 (b) Water ponds on 8th , 10th  & 18th  Fairways marked with yellow stakes.

 (c) Pond on 14th  fairway as Lateral Penalty Area marked with Red stakes. 

(d) Collection/Dump ground on left side of 15th Fairway as Lateral Penalty Area marked with red stakes. 

OBSTRUCTIONS 

 (a) Movable Obstructions. Obstructing stance and swing can be moved from location prior to taking shot. 

(b) Immovable Obstructions. Permanent structures when interfering with swing & stance, players are entitled to relief.

 (i) Benches, tube wells, huts & tea huts etc. 

(ii) Steps to monument on the 7th  & 15th  Fairways.

 (iii) Tiled pavements and cemented bricks, earth tracks with gravel. 

(iv) Penalty Area marker stakes when ball lying outside hazard. 

(v) Iron poles on the right side fence on 4th  Fairway, but not the boundary wall which is the O B Fence. 

GROUND UNDER REPAIR (GUR) 

(a) All areas under maintenance or stacked with materials will be marked by white line. 

(b) All Flower beds around various tee boxes. 

(c) Small trees / saplings marked with blue mark. 

(d) Deep rut marks on tracks made by Green Keepers equipment. 

(e) Green keepers grass/ cut grass/ leave, stacked for removal. 

TEE OFF FROM 6th TEE BOX  

Play through the 8th  Fairway is prohibited for safety reasons of players on the 8th  Green. 

A white Line is drawn before the 8th  Green. If the first shot is beyond this line, the ball is deemed to be out of play and penalty drop is compulsory. Ball is to be dropped in the DROP BOX just behind the 6th  Fairway Bunker. 

If the Ball lies before this White Line, ball is to be played as it lies. 

CALL HOLES.

HOLE No. 3, 5 and 16 are designated as Call Holes. 

Members / Groups are to take and give call on these Holes.

 This is necessitated to maintain proper pace of play. 


TEE OFF PROCEDURE  1. ON WEEKDAYS  

(a) Members can book time slots with the Starter on first come first basis, from Tee No. 1 and Tee No 10, on arrival of at least three members of the group. This will be on manual mode. This procedure will be applicable through the day. 

(b) Priority will be accorded to groups playing 18 Holes. Groups crossing over from 9th Green to 10th Tee, will have priority in the sequence of two groups crossing over followed by one fresh group. This sequence will be followed through the day.

 (c) Similarly, Groups crossing over from 18th Green to Tee No 1, will have priority to tee off from No 1 Tee. 

(d) Groups crossing over from 9th Tee to Tee No 10, will have priority in the order of their reporting of at least three members of the group, to the Starter. If any group has taken a breakfast break and the following group has reported earlier at Tee No. 10 will have priority to Tee off over the group having taken a break. 

(e) However, if there is no group waiting, after crossing over from 9th to 10th and 18th to 1st Green respectively, a Fresh group will be allowed to tee off immediately after the group which may have just teed off. The Starter will ensure that no disruption occurs and the Starters decision will be final and adhered to by all golfing members. 

Please NOTE that the Tee will never remain vacant. 

2. ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS:   

(a) Members can book the tee off slot from 5.30 AM onwards through the day, on advance booking system, 7 days prior to the date of play. In addition 14 slots are available for booking on "Online System" on every Friday for the following Saturday, Sunday. 

(b) Manual booking will be available from Tee No 1 and Tee No 10, on first come first basis on arrival of at least three members of the group, for slots which are not booked earlier. This procedure will be applicable through the day. 

3. In order to bring in transparency, a TIME SHEET will be displayed on the Notice Board for all advance bookings made within the time slots mentioned above. 

4. All Starters have been briefed accordingly for strict compliance. Starter will request names of the group to come on Tee Box, by announcement on the PA system. 

HOLD UP AT TEE NO. 13 

Any Group delaying play by sitting at Tee no. 13 Hut, and having Breakfast / Refreshment is to mandatorily give a pass to the following group to avoid delay in play and hold up the Course. Members are requested to kindly cooperate. 


GOLF FOR STUDENTS MEMBERS 

Procedure for Tee Off for Student Golf members from Tee No. 1 will be as follows. 

(a) Below 18 Handicap, any time of the day, depending on availability of Tee Off slot and with the permission of the Starter. 

(b) Over 18 Handicap can tee off as under: 

        (i) April to September of the year, after 10 am. 

       (ii) October to March next year, after 3 pm.

PRACTICE AT TEE NO. 1

Practice on Fairway No. 1 will be allowed from 5 pm onwards on all days. ENGAGING 

CADDY BY STUDENT MEMBERS:

(a) Below 13 years of age is compulsory. 

(b) 13 to 17 years of age, may take a caddy.

 (c) Over 17 years of age is compulsory.

MONSOON RULES:

Monsoon Rules that is "Preferred Lie" will be applicable from 01 July to 31' August every year. Golfers are requested to take the "Preferred Lie" within 6 inches with the help of the club head. 

The above Local Golf Rules dated 10 Feb 2019, will supersede all Local Rules published earlier which are hereby cancelled.
